Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return of items will remain valid within 14 days of order (excluding clothing items and confectioneries). Acceptance of returns shall be in our discretion.

2. Processing of items will commence seven (7) days after item(s) have been returned. You will receive full refunds immediately after items have been processed. If you fail to meet the deadline to return item(s) within the specified time above (no 1), it will incur automatic termination of refunds.

3. If order do not meet your specifications, goods must be returned in the same condition and well packaged, as received

4. If there is any technical failures or price distortion in the process of ordering item(s) or product(s), you will receive full refunds, with no extra charges.

5. Returns are only available through scheduled pick-up by our agents or refunds will be offered by means of debit card payment, mobile money transfers, bank transfers or cash. You will receive a notification via your email address of your refund statement, including (without limitations) the items ordered, time of order, and transaction statement.

How to return an item.

1. Sign in to your account. You must have a valid account on the platform before you are able to sign in or is eligible to return item or product on the platform

2. Go to Order on your dashboard. You will see the history of your orders made on the platform. Select the item(s) you want to return

3. Check your request details and submit your request. We will attend to it immediately.

4. You can send your complaints in our feedback/review section on the platform or contact us via our contact information on the platform.

How to get your refunds

3. Select your method of payment for refund. Refunds are available on the platform through debit card payment, mobile money transfer, bank transfer, or cash payment.

4. Check details and submit your request. We will attend to it immediately.
